Alameda FlexPackage: Limited Number of $1,500 Rebates Available

This $1,500 rebate is available to only 250 Alameda County homeowners on a first come, first served basis.

An innovative system assigning point values to upgrades based on their energy saving potential gives homeowners the opportunity to craft an efficiency project that fits their needs. With the help of a certified building analyst, you choose 2-3 items that add up to 100 points and Advanced Home Energy handles the details of getting the rebate to you and performing the work to the high standards of the Building Performance Institute.

The FlexPackage Program was designed as a simplified, streamlined alternative to the Energy Upgrade California Advanced Path Program. After the succesful completion of hundreds of applications in Los Angeles County, we are happy to see the program being offered here in Alameda County.
