El Cerrito Workshop Informs Homeowners about Energy Efficiency Rebates and Financing

Advanced Home Energy founder Ori Skloot recently shared his expertise on energy efficiency in the home with a crowd of over 100 home owners in El Cerrito. Ori has studied and work in the building performance industry for over 12 years.

The workshop, sponsored by Energy Upgrade California, informed homeowners about PG&E and local rebates. In Contra Costa County the combined rebates can total up to $9,500.

I was asked by a colleague the other day if I could share a few tips on how we have increased our close ratio over the past few months.   This question comes up a lot in the sales and marketing class I teach so I thought start offering a few suggestions via this blog.  These are in no particular order.
